Directions:
From the NY State Thruway (I-90) take Exit 48A. Turn right onto Route 77. Continue on Route 77 for five miles.
Parking:
The main parking lot is located off Sumner Road and opens three hours before show time. Gates open one and a half hours before show time. Additional parking is available in the theme park.

Will Call:
Available on show day at the Darien Lake Theme Park Entrance until 3 p.m. After 3 p.m. will call may be picked up at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center box office located near the south concourse entrance.
Accessible Seating:
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
General Rules:
The following items are allowed into the facility: Sealed bottled water, food, blankets*, strollers, cameras with non detachable lenses*, binoculars, backpacks*, purses and lawn chairs. * These items are subject to artist restriction.
The following items are prohibited:
Glass, hard coolers, laser pens, illegal substances, video and unauthorized audio equipment. |

Children Rules:
Children age two and under are admitted free into the amusement park and all events. For our patrons with reserved seating to events and small children, one child per lap please.
Family Zone Information:
For most events, there is a designated Family Zone on the lawn for guests who prefer to sit in an area free of alcohol and smoke.
Miscellaneous:
For an additional $10.00 combo tickets may be purchased for both the event and theme park.
Day of admission to the theme park is $14.00 with a concert ticket at the gate. |
Parking Policy:
All concert-goers are required to park in free on-site lots. Pedestrian access to the Darien Lake Amphitheater will be restricted to passenger drop-offs only. No foot traffic will be permitted onto Theme Park property. Parking upgrades are available day of show at our lots. Using either our sedan or van, upgrade to Premier Parking for $40. Premier parking is available using our Escalade SUV stretch limo as well for $80. Premier Parking is located closest to the main gate for ease of access into the venue. EZ-Out Parking is $85 for our sedan / van or $170 for our limousine(s).
Print Your Ticket:
We strongly encourage those who have the option to print their ticket at home do so rather than present their ticket on their smart phone when entering the venue. Poor cell phone reception, dead phone batteries and other issues can lead to problems when attempting to scan a mobile ticket via cell phone. To ensure your entrance into the venue is trouble free, please print your ticket at home and bring it with you to have scanned at the main gate upon entering the venue.

Bags: Bags being brought into the venue are limited the size of 14" x 14" x 6". All bags will be thoroughly searched before entry with a bag is permitted.
Food and Beverage is available for purchase on site, however you are permitted to bring the following into the venue with you:
- Factory sealed water bottles (up to a gallon)
- Small snack food items in clear Ziploc bags (nothing that requires utensils or has bones)
Restroom Facilities are located to the left and right of the pavilion, as you face the stage. These facilities are augmented by a number of porta-johns throughout the facility and in the parking lots. Note: Restrooms to the left of the pavilion (when facing the stage) tend to be a lower traffic area with shorter lines.
Lawn Chairs: Lawn chairs are permitted to be brought into the venue, however they cannot exceed the size of 35.5" x 26" x 37.4" when fully deployed. Inflatable seating units are not permitted.

Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua New York.
From the NY State Thruway, take Exit 44 and follow Route 332 into town. Make a left on to Route 5/20 and follow the signs.
Parking:
You may choose one of the following two lots. The General Parking lot ($10) is located on East Lake Road, approximately .5 miles from the venue. The Reserved VIP Parking lot ($20) is located on Lakeshore Drive, adjacent to the venue. |

General Rules:
Plastic containers, chairs and blankets are permitted onto the grounds for most events. Food is allowed but limited to a soft sided six pack-size cooler. Beverages must be brought in reusable (Rubbermaid) containers: no glass bottles, cans or plastic water bottles are allowed in. Beer, wine, water and assorted soft drinks are available for purchase once on the grounds. "Tailgating" is strictly prohibited. Grills, hard coolers, fireworks, recording devices and cameras are also not allowed.
